A room that will comfortably
seat 40 or more teachers with tables/chairs(3-4 teachers per group/ table). |
Internet access
(one computer for every 2 participants) |

Overhead projector & TV/VCR |
Providing
refreshments, or lunch |

Balances, graduates,
thermometers, (one per group) paper towels. |
Identifying a
site
coordinator who will be attending the workshop to serve as your liaison
(one who uses e-mail
would be great) |
| Access to water,
a drain and
lavatories |
Storage before the workshop
date at your site for kits and booklets |

A website or hardcopy of
directions to your school (from various area highways). |

for lunch (Full day sessions) |

| Up to $200.00 in site fees will be reimbursable. |
| There will be a fee for participants. Your district may register 3 participants free of charge. The names of the participants must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the workshop. |
| Workshops can be scheduled on a weekday, Saturday or two half sessions after school. |
